2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information in writing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, as well as users for whom we receive repeated DMCA notifications, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

4. Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

5. False Claims
